All quick classes are on Saturday on a drop-in basis from 11:00am to 2:00pm.

Learn this easy and versatile beading technique and open up a world of possibilities in jewelry making! Materials: Round nose pliers and wire cutters. Bring beads, headpins and earwires and use your new knowledge to make a pair of earrings!

Basic Needlepoint - May 3, 2008

Needlepoint is fun and easy! Learn one basic stitch and a couple of techniques and you are on your way to creating a cute and colorful work of art. Materials: Any needlepoint project that includes canvas, fiber and a needle.

Crimps in Beading - May 10, 2008

Crimping is an easy technique to fasten flexible beading wire to a clasp to make bracelets and necklaces and anything else you can think of. Materials: Crimping tool, flexible wire (like Soft-Flex or tigertail) and crimps. Bring beads and a clasp and make a bracelet!

Basic Embroidery - May 17, 2008

You’ll learn basic embroidery stitches such as running stitch, stem stitch and chain stitch. Embellish jeans, jackets and shirts with your own fun designs! Materials: Plain fabric, an embroidery hoop, embroidery floss and embroidery needles.
